A Poetic Challenge

OK, let’s have a little fun. How about this for a challenge? I give you all a photograph, and you write a poem about it. You can email me the resulting work from the contact spot in the sidebar, and the five which I judge to best reflect the photo will appear here.
So here’s the photo:-
A cormorant found on The Shore in Edinburgh
Wow this photograph is exceptional the reflection of colors and light off of the water with the deep contrast of dark colors of the bird would make it a great impressionistic painting.
But sorry I am not a poet….lol
