This page is simply what it says, a page of resources. Most of the stuff presented here is freely available in text form in many places online, however, I will be taking the time and trouble to reformat them into .pdf and word .doc formats for ease of use. I just thought that as I have all of this stuff, collected over a period of time, sitting here doing nothing most of the time why not share it…
